Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Plot #50, H Block Gulberg 3, Lahore Pakistan.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with complete instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened car care products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Items without original packaging

Please Note:
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
